PDFoo provides free online tools for PDF manipulation including:

- OCR text extraction from scanned documents
- Adding watermarks, signatures, and page numbers
- Rotating, organizing, and flattening PDF pages
- Viewing PDF information and removing metadata
All processing occurs entirely within your web browser. No files are uploaded to our servers.
Free Service
PDFoo is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue features at any time
- Introduce premium features in the future
- Set usage limits to prevent abuse
User Responsibilities
When using PDFoo, you agree to:
